Step 1: Choose how long the first side is, on the picture i did 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Step 2: Choose how long the second blocks need to be. i did 1, 2 and 3.

Step 3: if you have a big circle, and another 1 or 2 block to it. 

Step 4: Do these steps four times again
