there are a few ways to do this and ill tell you the easiest ones.

1) lets say you wanted to do a p90 pixel art so what you could do is type "pixelated p90" and zoom into the picture until it has block by block pixels there are quite a few pictures that are able to do this. So once you have your picture ready to go then just minimize it to half of your screen and pull up minecraft on the other half and you are ready to start making pixel arts.

2) The second way, which some people consider cheating but it isn't really cheating its just easier for you (this method may not work for all pixel arts). so what you do is; you look up whatever pixel art on youtube and type in "how to make a homer simpson pixel art" and there should be a step by step video on how to build your specific pixel art.
