go to Start>type %appdata% > choose the .Minecraft folder > go to The Saves folder > Unzip the Download file > and put a folder in the Saves called "you choose the name of this folder" > Put the files from the Unzipped file into that folder > Open Minecraft > select single player > Look the most down you get (if it not is there look more up) > choose the world > press "Play Selected World > Enjoy!
