In minecraft, you cant use the /say in color. But you can use the /tellraw command for color. Here are some instructions on how to use this command.
1. Place a command block
2. Open the command block and type: /tellraw @a {"text":"Insert Text Here",color:red} (copy and paste)
3. Edit the command with colors or a different text.
Thats pretty much how you do it

i tried putting in /tellraw @a [{"text":" @p WON THE MAZE GG!","color":"red"}] but it didnt say my in game name and then won the maze gg it sai @p WON THE MAZE GG! is there a way to fix that
You can also add colors to the name with this:
[{"selector":"@p","color":"dark_aqua","bold":true,"italic":true},{"text":" WON THE MAZE GG!","color":"red","italic":false}]
