I CRACKED THE SECRET TO MAKING GIRL MINECRAFT SKINS!
Minecraft is a weird game. The best video game allows you to express creativity beyond imagination. But skins (how your character looks) have become a big thing too. Skins remain to this day an amazing way to express how you look and your creativity.
I am a novice, as you can see on my profile (at the time of writing, this may change soon). I am very good at making boy skins. I know what types of hairstyles boys like on their skins, like the wavy hair, and what types of skin tones to use.
But I wanted to get good at making all skins, not just boy skins. I wanted to master making girl skins. So I looked up some skins of popular female YouTubers. I found Nihachu, a German Dream SMP member that streams on Twitch. I looked at her skin and noticed how astronomically different her skin looked compared to mine (mine is simple, not much detail, looks very intimidating, hers looks very detailed, professional, and more on the cute side of things and none of the intimidation factor).
So I compared the skins:

This research turned out to be super useful for me. I tried building a girl skin afterward (https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/girl-skin-attempt/), and it was not too shabby.

- Generally light scheme
- Same skin tone throughout
- The pants and shirt look different
- Eye positions are the same
Different:
- Eyebrows (mine has none)
- Eyes lower down on the head than my skin
- Long hair
- Shoes
- Shirt smaller than the center body part
- Long sleeves
- Different hair colors in some places
