Are you in a server with a hacker and want to know if you can kill him? If so, I can help you out. Now here is how you kill a hacker. Throw away your diamond sword. You don't need it. All you will need is a bow and arrows. If they have shops that sell ender pearls get some. Now here is what you do. Just use a bow (has to be enchanted if they have diamond armor, if they have enchanted diamond armor make sure the bow is power III or above) and stay pretty far away from him. When fighting try to make it in an area with stuff you can climb on and he cant. Use potions as much as possible. First throw potions at him/her like poison. Then keep shooting them with the arrow and use ender pearls if they get too close. If you do this the hacker will most likely rage quit :D! But what if you're not good with the bow? Practice before fighting him/her. Make an underground room and make a shooting range. Use wood as targets and fire from farther and father away. But don't take time to line up your shot. Think as if the wood is an enemy coming closer and closer and you have little time. If you have a friend who is willing to be a practice dummy then practice shooting him as he tries to kill you. Bring foods, especially with higher saturation such as steak. It helps you regenerate health!
Make the hacker hungry!
Keep running away, for handy foods, bring cake, that restores hunger faster. If the hacker used the instant health hack, yeah, make them hungry. After that, FINISH THE HACKER WITH YOUR cake xD... Just kidding :P
Fly hack?
It's a bird? It's a plane? No! It's a hacker!! Prepare your bow and predict the movement, if you predict correctly, you can hit the hacker. Stronger feelings helps you, and of course, report the hacker!
Forcefield / Kill aura?
This is common, basically, people that used this sucks at PvP... Make the hacker chase you, burn them with the flint and steel and shot him to finish him. Tip: Find a no-water land, and let the hacker toasted
Record a video when the hacker starts their "movement", send it to any admins or owner through the server's website. Big servers such as Mineplex have UUID ban system that still bans you even you have changed your Minecraft name, so, less hacker, more fun! :)
Preparation
Go for a training with your bow skill first, it's so important. Practice to ran away too, it's good for avoiding the hackers from chasing you!
Dodging
Hackers might use the hack that allows them to shoot instantly by just right-clicking, you must run and try dodging the arrow shots. Go zig-zag or do an unpredictable moves, if you accidentally fall into the water, block the arrow shots, it will reduce the damage. But also, quickly escape, don't get into the water too long... That will drown you...
Fiery
Prepare the mighty flint and steel! It helps you a lot when doing PvP, it burns and does pretty much damage.

This post does not explain the right way to kill hackers: they have bows, as well as you. Most of them also have aim bot and auto
hit (which allows them to hit you without even looking, although on some servers they can merely appear spastic.)
I am exceptionally knowledgeable in this field, as I used to be a hacker myself, but now am a moderator fighting hackers, and I fully understand how destructive they can be.
Most of them also have some sort of player detection mod, as well as every other assorted hack you could possibly think of.
I do still use my Nodus hack, however, and am willing to fight hackers with hacks. Remember, don't be afraid to use all of your abilities, if you're an Admin; if not, just be sure to tell one.
Anyhow, I think that this will help you understand what he was trying to get across to you.
