I've been with he RDF(Redstone Development Foundation) for about a week. I am soooo loving it!
Berick, the clan leader is really nice and really smart.
The members are really nice and smart, which is hard to find in, especially minecraft characters.
We have some spleef matches, we can build together or alone, but I advise don't isolate yourself because you'll get some laughs, and have more fun together.
We laugh at some of the bad times, like when one of the users named "Hex_xeh" created a LARGE like 100x100 sphere above the spawn. At first we were like "Shit" but then we were like "LAWL".
What is RDF?
Redstone Development Foundation is aimed on pushing the limits of redstone- to build what is impossible, and to make true the hoaxes of redstone computers.
Also, you don't need to be a computer techie to join. I was just making small displays when I joined, now I am moving on fast! With all the nice support, I am getting much better fast.
It's best to apply if you know at least 8 logic gates and can make something a few notches(all hail notch) above wiring double doors.(Though I can make displays, I can't make a double door! LOL).
If you are somewhat good at redstone, and you want to build the best of the best, have fun, make friends and the such, RDF is the right thing for you. ;)

Most of the members of the RDF would be happy to teach you.
To get in to it, just start learning about
-Binary
-Binary Addition
-Binary Subtraction
-Redstone Displays
(or if you find something that you are especially interested in, go for that, of course)
These are not all necessary, especially the third, but it saves us some work because it takes a while to explain :P
But knowing binary is one of the most useful things that you can do that will help you later on.
And if you don't get in, that's fine, you can always try again.
