The beasts closed in on Steve, waiting to pounce….
And then Steve broke the block.
The ground was whisked away from under the monster’s feet, and they plunged into the darkness. When they got up, they realised they had landed in a cave. But not just any cave. Ores lined the walls, producing a kaleidoscope of shining colours: blue, red, green gold, silver. But the monsters couldn’t enjoy it for long. The ground fell again.
This time they were in a smaller cave. Particles floated like flies around the monster’s heads. They were in a stronghold. The portal let out a continuous ambient humming sound, and silverfish chirped, out of sight. However, once again, the ground was gone.
This time they landed in a patch of water. Not much to see, they thought. Before they could even stop to think, the ground went again. But the water didn’t come with them. It stayed still like stone.
They had landed on something soft. This soft substance stretched out almost endlessly. But on the far side, they could see something tall.
A wall, stretching up as far as the eye could see.
“And Steven vanquished the evil monsters!” The young child said gleefully. He glanced at the two monster toys lying on the carpet. He looked back at the Steve toy standing at the top of his Lego tower.
“It’s time for another adventure!” The young boy said, his face filled with joy.

Then it struck me. You made "If PMC was real life" and I had parodied off of it like a year ago on my old account.
