Hi, this is my first blog I've ever made, so yea let's get started.
If you want to be a good medieval builder, you ofcourse need a little skill already, but you can always make your skill better.
Medieval building isn't very hard if you get used to it, logic.
My tips:
- Make alot of details in you're buildings, detail is a very important part of your building, you can make everything look alot better just by adding some small details into things such as, mossy cobblestone, cracked stone etc.
- Also try to mess around with the types of roofs you want, just experience a bit, if you keep making different roofs, you will eventually find your style.
- Let's say your roof is made from oak stairs, try adding some spruce stairs in them, in the middle ages, the houses were damaged and didn't have the same colour of roof everywhere.
- Make holes, with this I mean that if you make a funding of, lets say cobblestone, put some cobblestone stairs into them, it makes the building look alot more 3D instead of flat.
- The last one, but the most important one, don't be afraid to try out new things, it might make your buildings better, and if it doesn't it's good, because you learn about your mistakes, and if you make mistakes, you get better.
It isn't that long, but yea I hoped some of you medieval builders out, you can always check my houses if you want to see what I mean with the most of this.
please diamond and subscribe, if you need any further help, just leave a comment down bellow and ask you're question.
