Hey Guys, EliteCrafters3009 here, back with episode 4 of Redstone Tutorial!  this tutorialis about a lava trap so yeah hope you enjoy! Items Needed are:

• Redstone
  
• Redstone Torch
  
• Sticky Piston
  
• Trapped Chest (x2)
  
• Any Bulding block
  
  
• Redstone Repeater
  

so yeah first of all start of by making a little corridow thing as shown in the Picture down below! 


Step 2. Place down a TRAPPED large chest and put something like "Free Diamonds" or something on a sign on top the sign thing is optional so yeah include if you want more people to fall into your trap..


Step 3. Dig a 4 block pit under where the chest is and fill the bottom up with lava


OPTIONAL: place cobwebs on top of lava


Step 4. Dig out 2 blocks on either side and place 6 sticky pistons (i probably made things more confusing than it is just look at the picture)


Step 5. Place a redstone torch (NOT seen in the picture but it is still there) and then power all the pistons as  shown using redstone dust and repeaters

Do the same for the other side as well


Step 6. cover up the hole with your chosen building block :)

OPTIONAL place dirt in the chest saying out the words "LOL" just to make sure that the player who falls in this will be super pissed...







There You have it! the lava pit trap is now done!

Q: when i try to place down the dirt i keep falling the pit who can i solve this?
A: well basically if you followed what i did the pit should be 3 blocks long so make sure that there is a 3 block gap between you and the chest whilst opening!
