The Raiders

The blocky Minecraft sun rose over the ocean. It was a start to a new day, a new life, a new chance to start over.

I had nothing but the basic stone tools. Pickaxe, Sword, Axe, Hoe and a shovel. I looked behind me as I walked away from spawn to start my new life. I understood
leaving spawn would withdraw me from any contact to human life. I was ready to make the commitment and beceome a person of the wilderness. It would be a long journey
before I could reach a safe point to build my settlement. As I looked behind me I saw someone. A boy looking out of a window close to spawn. One part of me told myself
to turn around and wander off, as planned. But the other told me to go over there and see who it was. So I walked over there and knocked on the door of the small house.
A small boy opened it, very shy and said "hello" I didn't know what to say. "uh hello there, You know your house is really close to spawn" I mumbled. "Yes" said the boy.
"I like my houses to be near the spawnpoint so they are easy to find" He continued. "Right. Well you know you could get raided or looted so It would be smart to move"
I advised. "Well, I'll be off now good luck" I said. I walked out the door and left. I looked up at the sun. I'd wasted half my day.

I really began to make a move on now. I walked for a while and saw a mountain. I climbed it and got a view of the world. Off in the distance I could see the boys house.
I watched it for a little while. I could see him in his house. I saw a group of people heading out of spawn with diamond enchanted armour and swords. They were slowly
but surely heading for the boy's house. I knew they were going to raid it, but what does someone like me have against 5 people with full enchanted diamond armour
and swords. It's no match for my stone sword. I tried to turn around and continue my journey... Believe me, I tried. But I had to go help him. I ran and ran as fast as
I could. The day was ending and I had wasted 'DAY 1, MY JOURNEY'. There must be something about this kid I need to know. I'm destined to find out. As I approached the
house it was night and he's house was surrounded by zombies so I ran really fast and slammed the door open. "Hey, dude what do you think your doing!?" He yelled angrily.
"I'm saving you" I Said.

The Raiders were up on a hill that had a good lookout of the house. They were plotting away while me and the boy were about to die. "What's your name anyway?" I asked.
"Jason" He said. Well anyway Jason was Freaking out. He wouldn't leave the window where the Raiders were standing. I walked into his kitchen. I found a lever so
naturally I hit it. I heard pistons then a hole opened up in front of me leading underground. It was a dark staircase. I walked down it and found a room, there was
lots of spider webs and darkness so I placed a few torches. Some gravel fell near me. I found some dusty old chests. I opened them... And could not belive my eyes.

2 sets enchanted diamond armour. Protection 4, Thorns 3 on all. 2 Diamond swords Sharpness V, Knockback II, Fire aspect II, looting III On both. 64 Zombie spawn eggs.
This gave me an idea. I took the things and ran back upstairs to the kitchen where the boy was still looking out the window. I don't think he saw me go down. "There
coming!, there coming!!" He yelled. I closed up the hole and Said "good" I gave him a set of the armour and a sword. "Whoa where did you get this!?" I then thought
maybe he knew the chests were down there... Maybe I stole. "Well I found them under your house in a secret cave tunnel." I smiled. "Haha yeah right" He laughed. I
smiled and put on the armour. Meanwhile the raiders were on there way to the house. I blocked off the door. "Kick the door down Jimmy" I heard someone say. I climbed
up onto the roof without them seeing me. I had the Zombie spawn eggs in my hand. I looked down at them."Hey guys!" I said. They looked up and I spawned all the zombies
on there heads. They were screaming. "No, no, no!!! Abort mission, Run!" But then Jason and I jumped of the roof and killed them, We got all their armour and swords.

We went back into the house. We threw the junk we didn't want out, and the things we did want in our inventories. I was sorting things in a chest and noticed Jason
looking at me. "You know we make a good team" He said. "We are aren't we?" I laughed. "Yes!" He was very happy I decided to team with him. "But We can't live here.
I mean seriously anyone can raid us at anytime. It was just luck I found that stuff or we would of died." I sadly said. "You're right" He said strongly. When morning
came we agreed to set off. I layed in bed for a while just thinking about the day. I guess I decided to help him and it was a good choice too. I have full enchanted
diamond armour and it's only been one day. I closed my eyes and smiled. "Look out world.. here I come" I whispered.

When i woke up, I looked out the window and saw Jason leaving, "where are you going" I yelled. "fuck off im leaving forever!" He laughed. I got a knife and stabbed myself.
