well it's saturday night and do you know what time it is (9:30?) no it's rant time! This week is about posts on PMC forums. I have been very active on the forums for a couple months now. Everyday there is always 10-20 posts on " need staff" or "new server looking for admins". SMH... You shouldn't hire staff by a application on the Internet. A real server will gain your trust then promote you up one level. I have always wondered maybe theses servers just post looking for staff to get there IP out there. Also the n00bs who also post the applications are evenly stupid. 1. Your not going to get hired. 2. Other people will see you desperate. 3 join servers to have fun and not just be a mean admin.
