my modifications are

1. Neather Compasses:
These will show the way back to the your neather
portal and would be crafted with a compass in the middle
and neatherrack all around it.

2. Neather Night and day
In the neather things that spawn are pigman and blaze(all the time) and
only at night should the ghasts spawn

3. A Neather map
this would be the same as a map but show you surrounding in the neather
and be crafted with a map in the middle and neatherrack all around it

these to me would be helpful because when i go exploring in the neather i usually get lost
and have to kill my self to get out LOSING all my stuff, and most of the times in scared to
explore in the neathe r(plus I'm afraid the Ghasts would Blow up my fortresses that's the reason for
Night and day) and if these were in vanilla Minecraft i would defiantly consider exploring in the
neather
