Need help with server

Hello all that are reading this. I am having troubles with getting my server permssions all fixed and stuff also i want to make a really good spawn does anyone have any suggestions or are good at building also knows how to use plugins please post =D it would be really great so please post btw if you want to come on to the server it would be liked aswell the ip is
