When you are hitted by a monster i will take zombie as example then you get infected and if dont get milk then you will be changed to a real zombie after like 2 minecraft days.

Minecraft should be more realistic like you got a energy bar and when you are example hit by zombie or attack or zombie or like the hunger bar when you run you lose the from energy bar and as how much it is little you start to move from slowly to slowly and when it hit 0 it start like a countdown and if you dont recorver you will instantly die.

On minecraft there should be something like the texture packs to get mods easy and something to make mods easy like bukkit have for plugins.
