The new snapshot does not take long to come out and manages to surprise us with new opportunities offered to the user. Apart from bugfixes and new blocks that were added in previous snaptshots, the 14w11b offers the possibility 3D modeling.
This means that the new version will get rid of the 2D pixelated textures and replace them with new ones. Each former 2D pixel can be replaced by a 3D block. That way we will have rich graphics and the ability to escape from the maximum resolution that gives Minecraft for each block (16 × 16 pixels). Below are pictures of the new 3D blocks. Please note that this is a resource pack and NOT OFFICIALLY TEXTURES!!!
