Nightmare Fredbear is the only animatronic on Night 5 in FNaF 4, and he is one of the more challenging opponents.

Here are things that help:

Good headphones that can recognize scuffling left and right

Quickly tapping the flashlight ONCE before closing the door

After you hear scuffling wait 3 seconds in the center and follow where he went with your flashlight (so you don't forget) before going to the door because he may change his course.

If you hear scuffling near a laugh its most likely fake.

DON'T PANIC! thats why I suggest waiting 3 seconds in the center.

If you think he went to the left or right but he doesn't appear go back to the center before going to the same door again and he may appear.

If you check the hall and he isn't there and you hear a laugh he is most likely in your bedroom in the closet, or bed.

WHAT NOT TO DO!

Only tap the flashlight ONCE or he may kill you instantly

Don't panic

Don't have your headphones on backward

Don't look for eyes like in HELP WANTED because they are no eyes to look for

Don't check a hall unless you are confident he is there or else he may teleport into your room.

Me and many others including AstralSpiff have noticed that sometimes Fredbear can go to a side multiple times in a row but don't actually know how this happens or if we should check that side and he will still be there. It just plays the audio of him going to a side again and again so if you know what is going on please contact me.
