Crystal Moore, the Iceologer, was supposed to be a contestant on BENT:Refresh, a scrapped reboot of the acclaimed web series.

Crystal debuted in the last chapter of BENT, watching the intro of the episode. She appeared a chapter before on a phone call with Evelyn.

Crystal hates when people make Elsa jokes about her, but is willing to milk it.
When shes angry, she will create ice spiked like Elsa, and often tells those shes annoyed at if theyd like to be a snowman.

Crystal was created as an alternative partner for Evelyn, but she wasnt created for Refresh.
