This is blog about owners and there job.Because i am owner of server i will tell you how's feel:
1.It is hard to be owner because everything expect MANY from you with banning promoting demoting advertising ...
2.You have to know English
3.You need to know how to config files plugins permissions ...
4.Next is Paying server if you are hoster
5.You need to know when raider hacker  and griefers come or if some stuff is abusing
6.You always need to think about server day and night if you rule a big server
7.It is expect many from you to advertise at your street school and try to make server more popular
8.You need to always respect other staff and make them respect you
9.You always need to learn from others
10.You need to know commands good
11.And last you need to know how to have fun!
This is requriments to be novice Owner
