Here is another pixel art thingy but this time I decided to mess around with the outline this time and I think I did a good job, but I am not quite sure on the dragon. I tried my best to shade it's right wing with a darker green color and think I did a good job shading but I was a bit indecisive on the outline in that spot.

I tried to make it look like the fire went straight around the structure as if it was invincible (i think the building is called a pagoda, not sure) and that the fire did nothing to it. On the fire I decided not to try and outline it I'm not sure why but I think it wouldn't have looked that good.
