I've looked around Planetminecraft a bit and I can see what people have been uploading others skin, theres no points. People who do it just want to rank up on PMC and increase their XP. It affects the community because other people are benefiting from their some what hard work! I think Moderation on pmc should spend a bit more time and maybe have Moderators for each sections of the site like 'Blah blah blah - Skin Moderator' and so on. This would help decrease the amount of people copying others skin and uploading stuff that they most certainly did not do.
