And I am posting this blog about how people join new server right away with only one intention, to be staff on them.

I mean if it said in the server recreuitment to join this server and ask for staff I get that, but if a server is done and just wants people to join. They come on and expect staff to be given to them, its so anoying, trust me it sucks, I own my own server.

And you know whats even worse, when people ge to be staff on your server, it has to be their way and ONLY there way. And they will complain about it untill its their way. And their not the ones paying for it.

So in conclution, its hard to start a server, and so in my opinion to all servers out their that are starting, try not to have much staff, and to also not have there name say "Owner" or "Head-Admin" and stuff like that. Becasue if they dont know that a staff member is on. then they wont ask for staff they will wait for the staff and eventually enjoy the server, plus, you can patrol when people dont think staff are on. Its a win win.

So if you want you can join my server its not whitelisted. But please dont ask for staff, it gets hard to deal with it.
