Pls help got some problems with minecraft

Hello. Lately I have had problems with minecraft. I can't play online anymore and I can't force update. These problems have really bothered me lately. If you know how I can solve the problems please comment below. It would mean the world to me if you solve the problems. Thanks for reading.

An easy way to solve it would be - when you go to force update theres a link below it, click it. The go into the bin and delete all of the files and then start minecraft. That normaly works for me.
