lately ive seen people with pictures that have blocks and their name on them. ive tried but i still dont know

the picture is like nefashu's back round if you know how to get it plz comment or give message because im so STUCK

lol it's the Angel Blocks Society avatar! everyone that's a part of the ABS has one and you can only get one if you're accepted into it with a good enough project and stuff.
