I knew a pvp for spawn area would be coming and this explains why! Due to loading logic that minecraft has, I was able to see the signs and decided, "HOW ABOUT I SCREENSHOT THIS AND LEAK WHAT THE ADMINS ARE PLANNING!" (Exaggerated lol) so yeah, spawn pvp maybe.

If you can't read it, here is what it reads:
Top sign: Spawn for PvP area if decided in the future.
Bottom sign: WorldGuard region is called survivalpvp.
