Rant: Why do texture packs get so much EXP

Recently, I looked at the highest person, Who is scuttles, I love his texture packs and stuff, But 7 tecture packs = 100000000000000 EXP or something like that, That is unfair. It should give more EXP to modders, Not texture packs in my opinion.

the thing is, you also get xp from comments and downloads, so if they has been left to bask in the opinion of the public world, and are downloaded and commented on frequently, don't you think you would get up to that amount of xp eventually?

Yeah, but sometimes i think that projects, especially technically complicated ones, should be given more exp. I'm not knocking graphic artists, but I think that those who do intensive work in-game should also be rewarded.
