First of all this is for people want to get a server and are thinking of names.
you want to avoid using words like craft or any words that are highly used in Minecraft server names.
Instead use names that arent used much but are still catchy and attractive. 
Be CREATIVE with your names.

The con of those names is that they were using "craft" in the name which is highly used.

If you want to get your MC username involved in the name then try to use your name but in a catchy way that doesnt sound dull like Fruit1k. That sounds dull because you are just copying your name, instead you should name it something that involves your name but adds something catchy to it like Gametech. This person used his name but changed it up.
