Disclaimer: This is my own opionion and does not represent Mojang.

Minecraft is one of the world's most popular game. And of all the game options, multiplayer is the most popular. But it is going to change. If you are a server owner, you should beware. Since minecraft 1.7.10, the server forces you to agree its EULA "End User Licence Agreement." that forbiddens you to let any payment such as donations to affect the games. Goodbye, Buycraft. Or in other words, it indirectly disables you to support your own server. Why this is happening? "Minecraft Realms". I hope Mojang will modify its EULA in order to let things operate correctly.

Its not the end of Minecraft. Its not the end of the world. People need to reconize it allows selling of things that do not enhance the gameplay experience like a op sword, god boots, ext. Meaning things like name colors are allowed.

You can still sell cosmetics I.E fire trails, hats and pets. Dunno if what MrClam said is right. So Buycraft is not going anywhere, and you can still make "donations" (not really a donation because you're basically buying stuff) Eula has always been there, but they are just enforcing it now.

False, it only forbids you from buying in-game items. you can still sell things. Like shotbow, they still sell premium membership that comes with all of its benefits.
