Lets just say, I would REALLY not want that. Lemme list why:
Also, for some reason, I can't color the first 3 reasons... :( Sorry! It just removes DA COLORS.
Volcanoes:
1) Lava Everywhere
2) Raining Rocks
3) Really Laggy

Tornadoes:
1) Blow your house down!
2) Kill ya!
3)Messy World & a laggy one too!

Earthquakes:
1) Rumble,Rumble, makes you dizzy... Low fps
2) I have no idea how it would work
3) Combining blocks together doesn't sound like a good idea. Neither is making ravines under your feet.

Tsunamis:
1) How would you like flooding... everywhere?
2) Fishing would be nice... Squids would be everywhere too!!! (Sky would rage)
3) The block updates would be crazy, as well as the cleanup job. Without the water cycle in minecraft, it would take a long time to clean up. Probably get another one before you're done...

Snowstorms:
1) Snow piling up your house doesn't sound good.
2) It would be really hard to get around
3) If it only happens in snow biomes, its probably not worth it

Heavy Thunderstorm:
1) DO YOU KNOW HOW LOUD AND ANNOYING THAT WOULD BE?
2) Lightning strike dem creepers! (If you didn't know, they become electrified.)
3) It would be very dark :(

And lastly...

Sandstorms:
1) No visibility
2) Sand everywhere!?
3) Imagine sand covering your house, mines, farms, EVERYTHING. And guess what, they are affected by gravity too!
