Now you had said "Over the past year or so, Mojang have been releasing useless updates with useless things." I believe this isn't true. Minecraft has come such a long way, and I personally believe every update has been beneficial to Minecraft; whether it's Redstone, Structure Building, or just adding new content to the game to keep it fresh, Minecraft is constantly updating because if it hadn't updated with new stuff, it would be a dead game because there wouldn't be anything fresh or new about it (except for the mods, but Xbox and PE versions don't have mods.) If Minecraft stopped updating, it would be gone very soon.

No I like minecraft updating, I get bored after awhile and I always like new things to play with. Every game has more room for improvements.

Why? I mean sure they have been not that great updates but if you dont want them you can always just de-grade your mc jar. Want 1.6 Beta? BAM! De-Grade to it then just force update to get back to current MC. And if you create a mod you know it will be your responsibility to upgrade it as Mojang updates Minecraft. Same with server owners. Want a server? Its your responsibility to take care of it. Not Mojangs. I mean Mojang respects mod-makers and thats why there trying to get Minecraft to have Its own stuff to help mod makers implement there mods in Minecraft. I mean I agree we don't need a gun or something in a update, we just need things to make Minecraft better not more high-tech or easier. So this is just my take on this. I respect that you started a Petition because you believed Mojang was adding useless stuff and not worth stuff. So I hope you have a good day!

I agree with the first part about how we have to keep updating minecraft and getting the new launcher. however I disagree with how they should make one last, big update. they should put all of those stupid "bug fix" updates that occur a week after we updated everything into the normal big update like 1.4 or 1.5 or 1.6.
