I can help with the mods as in with structures. Just send me what you want and i'll download the mod and build with some of those blocks so it's not all Vanilla Minecraft on you I am a great builder and if you want I can Just send you the MCEdit schematic or I can make the Mod+ version of it with new structures and all the basic stuff(I am great with Victorian houses and Modern houses. But I am great with what ever and if you want to make it a realistic strucure send me a pic of what you want it to look like! I actually make schematic mods and other mods if you want(I cannot add commands to the game). I do this for free. But if you want to donate to help my server make the largest Build in the world i will give you a link soon.It will be a whole New york city(Also known as the Big Apple) but 1:1 scale of everything.
