So I'm sure most people can agree when I say that the fact that PewdiePie has almost 30 MILION subscribers is kinda getting crazy. But its infact our own faults that he has gotten to this expent of populartity! Allow me to explain why that's so, and how we can combatt this crazy PewdiePie phenomenom.

If you are one of those "Bros" (aka a Pewdie fan) don't hate on this article just so yet, because don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing him, or saying hes dumb. So hold onto that rage for a few minutes.

Now then, if you're a small YouTuber like me, I'm sure at some point or another, you've faced the dificult tast of trying to get subscribers (or possibly still am). And for some, the idea of PewdiePie and his 28 million subs makes you kinda angry that he can get 1000 subs in a day and you struggle to make your little goal of 100 by the end of the month. Now to those who sit around, surfing the wonderful world of YouTube, I'm sure there have been times where you've looked up a tutorial, or just any old video, and you always look for the video with the most views, or the most thumbs up. I'm here to tell you to STOP doing that!

The strugle for us smaller youtubers is hard, and youtube makes it even harder. Youtube basically promotes all the big youtubers, and leaves all us small ones to wander around in the extra space of youtube wondering how we will ever get that 100 subscribers, or those 15 likes we ask for on our videos. Now if you're one of those people who is always complaining that PewdiePie has so many subs, and hes getting out of control, but only look at the most viewed videos, SHAME ON YOU! Don't complain about something, unless you're doing something to fight against it!

Personally, when ever I see a smaller youtuber, i always subscribe, leave a few likes on their videos and share the channel with my friends in hopes that someday, somehow, they will reach it to the top, maybe even surpassing me.

Now don't take this blog as a "Hey, subscribe to me!" thing. This is just a blog letting all those oblivious people out there know that there are smaller youtubers that need to be cared for and helped out a little, even if it means subbing and liking a few videos.

Heres my channel by the way XD www.youtube.com/user/TheDerpierMinecrafte

**Update** Thanks for the support on my first blog! Made it to Pop reel!

Everyone has the same chance to become popular. Let's say that me and Pewdiepie both created a Youtube account at the same time. Altough he started at the same time as me, he still become more popular. It's because people like his videos more then they like my videos. It's not a matter of time, it's a matter of what the people think. If they like your videos then you will become more popular and more people will like you. There wouldn't be a "struggle" for small youtubers if they would have good videos to provide the veiwers.

You might like the videos YOU provide because they are your videos but it's the people who need to like them in order for the video provider to become popular.

Im not saying I Like MY videos, infact most of the time I HATE them, And yet some other people like them. Usually what changes people's power is their Ability to post their work Absolutely EVERYWHERE!

Oh yeah, I think you should add that not all big YTers have bad content. There's a reason they're BIG, isn't there? It's not like if they do a tutorial and they have 400,000 subs that it would suck. To be completely honest there'd be a higher change of a small YouTuber's content being low-quality because they've probably got inferior recording equipment. That being said, it's not impossible to find an amazing video by someone with 40 subs.

I never said they dont have good content, but the reality of the fact is that once you get to a certain point that you are earning 100s of dollars a week, its easy to get the best equipement on the market to help your channel succeed. The problem is that most people cant reach that status of making even a dollar
