Give them natural breeding!
Also they need to make some girl villagers and not be sexist! (Not to sound gay but when you breed villagers how do you know if its 2 guys or 2 girls?) at least make the women villagers look more like women.
Make dem talk in the chat! (It would be awesome honestly and you can talk by doing /t villager *Message*)
ex.) Villager: Hello my friend!

Me: How are you doing?
They should make a castle wall around the village because the time I get to a village they're all zombies!
Give them hair! (AUR WUMAN BAULD?) Nope.avi (TF2 Reference) ex.) Black hair, brown hair, and red hair.
Give them guards and bows and arrows! ex.) A zombie attack, a blacksmith villager pulls out a bow and shoots at the zombies. guards ex.) A villager with armor and a bow or a sword!
