My idea for a addition for Minecraft isn't something radical that would be so hard to implement but actually something that could be put in the next pre release if they really wanted to. My idea is for more types of wool. Why can I have wooden stairs yet not one that match my carpet? Think about the designs of houses now and the difference the invention of different coloured wood. Now, times that by 3. Every room could flow on multiple levels and people would't have to be forced to use stone as a flooring. I mean seriously how many houses have you seen with stone flooring? Now this would be a thing of the past with wool stairs and half blocks. Look how creative people build on servers now just think of how many more designs could be achieved with the silly implication of wool stairs and half slabs. So in conclusion wool half slabs and stairs should be introduced to minecraft!
