Here's a link to The Button
Here's a link to the regular version of The Button
Recently, I learned the very basics of JavaScript via code.org in school.
Just like all the other times school taught me something code related, I immediately wanted to make something stupid with it.
And so, The Button was created.
The Button is a red... well... button, and when it's clicked, triggers a randomized generator that picks an action to do.
Currently, there are 12 actions. Which isn't a lot.
I mean it's alright, but it needs more.
Which is why I need your help.
If you've got an idea for something that the button should do, put it in a comment below, and I will try my best to add it in.*
Also, if you make a suggestion, I'll add your PMC username to the credits tab (unless you ask to be anonymous for some reason, I dunno I won't judge)
*Unless it's dark, for example, "execute luigi"
The Button has two different versions, the normal one (linked at the very top), which has all of the random actions chosen by other members of PMC, and the regular version (linked below the top link), which is just the button itself, without the actions.
The Button is a work in progress, which means whenever someone makes a suggestion, I'm probably gonna be working on it. And since the saves and updates are automatic and live, you might look at the button when I'm right in the middle of programming something. This might result in something breaking, or an uncomplete action happening.
As a warning, a very obvious text box will be shown below the button when I'm working.
Additional Information:
- Some actions will spawn other objects and items on the screen, which you can interact with
- The Button is best used with sound
- The first click on The Button will probably be a bit laggy and delayed. I dunno why.
TL;DR
I made button, it go click and does things, leave a comment if you have an idea for something the button should do
