July 10th 2023

Tomorrow, I will leave my family, my friends everyone and everything I know for the greatest mission mankind has ever attempted
I, along with two of our countries most declorated officers, First lieutenant Nathan Green, and Sergeant Amy Broadclef
together, we will set out 500 light-years away to the Kepler 186 system, in hopes to observe life on Kepler 186-f
No one knows what will happen, it'll take years to get there, if we ever do.


July 12th 2023
I wasnt able to write the details of the launch, I had to sneak on this journal, i really shouldn't be doing this,
i can only write when no one is watching me and the cameras are down for maintenance
i don't know when ill get more free time

I got caught trying to write in my journal, NASA even considered pulling the whole team back, i was able to negotiate my stay, i just have to submit my journals after im home,
i did however loose 2 years of journals, it had classified information that i wasn't authorised to share.


September 3rd 2025
drifting alone through space for 2 years has finally harboured something good, we are within viewing of the Kepler system!
its remarkable, the star is so small but so hot! its nothing I could have ever imagined!

September 20th 2025

We have established orbit around Kepler 186-f , for the past few days, We have orbited this beautiful planet, we have not been able to identify ANY life what so every maybe the _________________



September 25th 2025
I don't know what happened all i know, is this planet is not lifeless, one moment im looking down at a seemingly lifeless planet, the next minute im waking up with bandages along my abdomen, with my crew locked in cages.


September 26th 2025, 0900
The life here is far more advanced then we are, they saw us coming from 5 light years away!, they blocked our scanners and equipment and sent us false data making it
seem like we were getting nothing. the things that were holding us, are humanoids , but they were not human, they look like something you see out of a predator movie.

September 26th 2025, 1500
I finally understand what happened these past few days, my crew and i were just picked up and brought before their "leader"
but before any of them said anything, their leader, who calls him/herself "Grotar" came up to each one of us and stuck some device on our heads, I believe it was a translation device
explained that instead of just blasting us out of orbit, they blocked our transmissions and scanners to determine if we were a threat to them or peaceful observers,
Grotar also explained that we were captured and held for a few days while "his" scientists, analysed our transmissions and learned our language , we cant understand their tongue but with the help of their device we can.

September 27th 2025

Grotar came to visit me in my room, and asked me to send a transmission back to NASA explaining what had happened, and to also tell them that he has sent a transportation vessel to earth, to bring 100 of earth's people to him if they shall choose to make peace
I never thought this would happen in my day, Intergalactic peace between 2 planets 500 light years away, this, this is absolutely amazing!!!!
