this is the second part of my little saga on the creation of the Minecraft universe. i was originally gonna make this the last part of the story but i think it would be best to split it in two. so yes it is now a trilogy:)

The Story of Minecraft PT 2








Stage 3: the beginning of life





The universe was at balance, both power and energy had found their proper places among themselves. The overworld was flourishing, filled with trees flowers and all kind of rich vegetation. And the nether was well flourishing like a hell world would. Fire filled and lava infested. And even though both places were at peace and in balanced there was still one piece missing. And that thing was, of course, living breathing LIFE!! Now you may be thinking oh Steve is going to pop out of a pile of dirt and there is life! well no. thats not how it went down. It was a process that took hundreds of thousands of years. When the earth began to fill with plants some of the plants grew on land, but other sprang up in the water. After a long while some of the living particles of the aquatic plants broke off and evolved into the simplest of water organisms. These organisms continued to evolve from that point on, and took one of two paths of evolution





Path 1: as the small organism fed off the aquatic plants they began to grow and evolve into larger creatures. As they got larger they had trouble finding the small plants they use for food so they had to adapt. They began to grow many long feelers so that they could identify the correct plant when they found it, Thus the creation of the Squid.








Path 2: some of the organisms made their way to coasts and beaches and soon evolved onto small amphibias creatures. Sort of like the middle stage of a frog, half frog, half tadpole. Eventually they became full blown land creatures. As they grew into land creatures they could no longer reach the water plants to eat, so they had to find a new favorite. They began eating the red roses and as a result their skin turned to a pinkish hue. Soon the pink animals grew to the size of an average dog, say hello to pigs. :)








Stage 4: the development of life





Now some of the piggies continued to eat the red roses and live in the same fashion as they had before but others began new diets and new life-styles. Some pigs began eating the rich and nutrient filled grass which caused them to grow big and strong. But because they stopped eating the red roses their skin faded to a neutral hue, the cow. Other migrated to the coldest regions of the overworld and had to adapt to the new conditions. So they grew thick layers of wool to keep themselves warm, hello sheeps. Some of the weird pigs stopped eating altogether so they got a lot smaller and completely lost their color. These are your chickens. Now because the pigs were the oldest of all the animals they had more time to develop and some of them even evolved into a superior race of pigmen. These pigmen were extremely smart and they found ways to craft and build everything they needed for survival, but their lust for adventure and exploration lead them to search for new place to conquer. They dug to the depths of the earth searching for new challenges to overcome, but instead they found obsidian. They soon discovered the power of the obsidian, and by using the only thing composed of both power and energy they found a way to use the obsidian to travel to a new place, the realm of power. When they reached the nether they found that a similar process of evolution occurred there just as it had in the overworld. Blazes and magma cubes were everywhere. They soon built huge fortresses to live in and even tamed some of the magma cubes and brought them back to the overworld as pets. They soon evolved into a more overworld friendly creature, slimes.





Stage 5: the fall of the pigmen





As the pigmen kept going to and from the nether their bodies began to become corrupted by the portal and some of them turned into zombie pigmen. The remaining pigmen locked the zombies in the nether and closed the last of the portals. The zombie pigmen were enraged so they used the power of the nether to come into contact with the energy of the overworld to create another mass explosion. But this time it created a new realm with a great danger, a huge dragon. Now the pigmen knew they had to act fast so they began to build another portal deep underground so they could reach the new realm and close it off from the rest of the world forever. And before they left they built a large maze like fortress around the portal so that its evil could never be released again. So the last of the pigmen made the daring trek into this realm. It was an epic battle but the pigmen realized they would never prevail so they hastily build a dozen large crystals to restrict the dragon from leaving the realm and the pigmen closed the portal behind them trapping them in the realm. The dragon soon vanquished the pigmen by turning them into whole new beings endermen. And that was the end of the greatest race Minecraft had ever seen. That is why this realm is called the End. But now the portal has been reawakened and if you know what to do you can reopen it fully. Also it is said that the endermen are leaking out if the portal searching the overworld for someway to restore themselves to their original state.
