For some context, I think new versions of Minecraft suck, I play 1.3.2, and that's the version this problem started with, but I've tested it in some other versions and it's got the same problem in all versions I've tested past 1.0 and before (I think 1.9, that's just my best guess because I tried was 1.7 and it had the problem and 1.18 and it didn't have the problem)

It started with a sign and my chests turning black, then they turned invisible. Shortly later it got wayyy worse, for some reason whenever I was holding an object some blocks would turn a solid color, some stone would turn solid grey and some grass solid green, even my hot bar became one solid grey and I couldn't see my items until I had nothing in my hands, it didn't seem that bad until I walked into lava with all my stuff because it's the same color as the stone. It got even worse, now I just can't do anything, every block and my entire hot bar is an ever harder color to look at and I can't see any items in my inventory whenever I'm holding anything, and when somethings in my hand EVERY block changes to a solid color, and also all entities are now invisible even when nothing's in my hand, and the option screens are super bugged.

I've tried other worlds, other versions before the newer versions, different settings, I've tried reinstalling Minecraft, and I've even tried a factory reset on my pc, nothing's working.
