Hellooo! Here is my first tutorial. I hope you enjoy!

The Moderators need your help! There are millions of skins out there. It is hard for all the moderators to keep up with the spammed/inappropriate skins. Help these moderators by taking some time to report skins! The moderators highly appreciate this. Just take a little out of your time to help another every once and a wile? Anyways, here is how you report a skin! :D

Yay, now I know how to flag this submission! Jk, good blog! Also, I found a guy with like 5 submissions that don't follow the rules.i flagged them, and they were red, but later when I looked again, the submissions were still there, and the flags weren't red. Why is that?

If I were to guess, I think that one of the moderators are discussing it and fixing it at that moment? I am not for sure but if you would really want to know, I advise you to ask one of the moderators.
