Hey everyone, lately I've been playing a lot of LoZ, everything from Ocarina of Time, to Windwaker, all the way up to Skyward Sword. I've been craving it so bad lately, and cant get enough. So I'm really in the mood to make some skins of Link all the way from the very first game all the up to skyward sword to show the differences in the famous character over time. 

The reason I made this blog however is if the community will be alright with me making such similar skins for quite some time. I plan to finish my Terraria series while also doing this one, then return to my Borderlands one a couple weeks from now after doing all the Link skins.

So what do you guys think about the Link skins? Will it be alright to see these Link skins although they've already been done a few times? Because I really wanna make something Zelda-y.

Simple as this.... if you want to make a Legend of Zelda skin be my guest but don't add another link man you have talent enough talent to pull of a Zora skin or a Goron i would really love to see some of these skins You can even do a skin of the guy who sells the masks in the ocarina of time Just don't add a million link skins to your channel You are too good for that!!

I would also like to see a greater variety of characters from LoZ aside from Link made into skins. They don't get enough love from good skinners. :p

I think it would be interesting if you made some Legend of Zelda characters in your style. I wouldn't mind seeing a good Linebeck Skin from The Phantom Hourglass. Love that guy.

Just judging by the fact that you made this blog, it's obvious that you're not looking to copy other good skinners who have done it, so go for it! You've got such a unique style, I'd look forward to seeing how it turned out!

Wind Waker FTW. Majora's Mask and Wind Waker are my favorite Zelda games. Except, WW has that annoying triforce part. *Spoiler: The triforce is in Wind Waker. Shocker.*

I think it would be cool going for it, as almost all the Zelda Games have different styles for Link.

Skyward Sword is by far my favorite, with Majora's Mask behind it. Everything about Skyward Sword was absolutely flawless in my opinion.  From dungeon design, to the art style, the combat.. God I love that gaaaame :D

Skyward Sword was awesome. <3 The one thing I didn't like about it is how weird everyone's lips looked...

Also, after playing through Skyward Sword in two days, I played some other Zelda, and SS made Link look so slow in those games. I wish they added the sprinting system earlier, >.>

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. All these people complain about the stamina system but honestly its a reward rather then an annoyance like most people make it out to be. People need to go play Ocarina and just see the difference in time it makes..

Speaking of Ocarina, I can't believe I got stuck in the second dungeon of the game on Master Quest. That stuff is crazy, with all its X-axis flipping and such. Have you ever played MQ?

I didn't like Wind Waker because of the constant sailing. Just took forever, and really brought me out of the immersion. They did a similar thing with loftwings in Skyward Sword, but made the travel times take much less time (a quick travel system when you go down to land also). The art style was pretty nice, and I liked the story :)

I'm not actually going to do one for the original Link sprite, But rather the original artword of him, So its more easy to compare.

That would be cool. I do think that you should also have a go at making some totally original skins, I always prefer those sort of things.

I may not play any Zelda at all, and have seen many versions of Link, but yeah I guess you
can start making some Link skins, I'd like to see how you do your variation. :D
