What do you think should be the next Minecraft boss?

Hi everyone, LeonBass here with another blog post.

So far Minecraft has 2 bosses, The Enderdragon and The Wither. But don't you think they should add another boss in Minecraft to make their still be some adventure? My idea for a boss is a Cerberus that you find in the Nether. It would have three heads, it would shoot out fireballs, it would try biting you, it would be like 6 blocks tall, and when you kill it it drops a staff. More info on this coming soon. Go ahead and answer and I'll do the best to reply to all of them.

Be sure when you give me you're ideas that you tell me at least 1-4 facts about the boss and, if you can, describe how it looks and you should also tell me where you find it.

The Nightmare. It's a giant vampire bat that has red eyes. It spawns in a new dimension, The Death Caverns, a huge cave, but that's all the dimension is, the cave is about the size of the end. To get to this new dimension, you have to go to the nether. In nether fortresses you can find an unlit nether portal, but it's made out of bedrock instead of obsidian. To light this portal, you need a nether star. Once you enter this realm, there are tons of ores to collect, but before you can get rich with all these ores, you have to kill the boss. It's like the ender dragon, it breaks blocks except for bedrock. This new boss also doesn't destroy the portal block and doesn't destroy ores, but it does destroy stone. Upon death, The Nightmare drops a sword called Fang Blade. This sword gives the wither effect and has the strength of a diamond sword, but infinite uses. It can only be enchanted with an anvil. It's very useful for fighting the Ender Dragon.

It sure is. If it ended up being implemented to the game it would be far more superior than the Wither and the Enderdragon. However it would be one epic battle alright. Maybe you can tell Mojang about this boss in Twitter or Reddit.

i think it should be a Demon that spawns in your house when you sleep and burns your house down

it has 100x the amount of player health

killing it would get you a demon tooth to craft a demon stature

I think there should be a boss called the Diamond Golem. It would be like the iron golem, but its evil and made out of diamonds


It would have 10X the max health of a regular player


You can only spawn it in the end after you killed the enderdragon


Then it would give you a special crystal that increases your max life by one health

I believe a thing called a nether shrine should spawn in the nether randomly, Being like a stronghold. Once you have put 5 of each skull available in a big x pattern you must sacrifice a wolf to it. And a giant Mother blooping demon erupts out of the ground carrying a giant sword which must be avoided or instant death. It calls upon things called Bloodletters (Which would be semi-powerful demons that fly carrying battle axes, Which after death there weapons can be picked up and used. THey also drop one demon heart.) Once killed it literally explodes into thousands of particles. Where it dies it drops two things. Demon metal and a greater demon heart.

You can make armour from the demon metal which is slightly better then diamond. When a demon heart is added to the middle of the chest plate it increases speed and overall everything when wearing. Using a greater demon heart quadruples all effects used by the regular demon heart. But you can only get one greater demon heart in the game. You can also put the the demon heart into a beacon greatly greatly increasing its range and strength. (If you were to put the greater demon heart in the beacon Id suggest making an emerald pyramid to the sky barrier.

You should be able to find a Big Mushroom Lord in Big Mushroom Biomes that looks like a big Robot (1 Head, 4 arms, Hover pad for feet) that cannot move and shoots Monster spawn eggs for a Mushroom soldier. The Mushroom Lord is also Surrounded by 4 Giant (Bigger than normal Giant) Red Mushrooms that Protect him and Shoot poison potions at you. The Soldiers have low damage and low health but the Mushroom lord spawns lots. To kill the lord you have to chop down (axe) the big mushrooms (Takes as long as Stone with an axe) Taking down the Highest block on the mushroom deals 1/6 damage. Once all the mushrooms have been destroyed you deal the rest of the damage with normal combat. When he dies he drops 2 Special blocks called Brewshroom Blocks, 1 red, 1 brown. You place it and you can get infinite Mushrooms from it (Right click for a stack). He also drops a Mushroom Essence (Item) and you can craft it with a Chest to make a Special chest that if you put any sword in it it enchants it with poison, the enchantment can't be got with normal enchanting table. The mushroom soldiers sometimes drop Red mushrooms and Rare drop of Mushroom stew. Also add a new mob, MooshSpiders that are like normal spiders and can be jockied by Mushroom soldiers (Bonus melee damage, no ranged). The spider sometimes drops fermented spider eyes.

ok, so i liked youe idea. but i think they want to create their own ideas. such as the Wither and Enderdragon. neither exist in any storys or real life. and also everey time theres a new boss they create a new mob. so if there were one of an already existing mob it would be expected. so my idea of a new one would be in a new portal leading somewhere where you find a shrin. if you click a button then all the terrain behind you turns into a Giant creature of pure nature. it would be called the naturesaurus and would resemble a giant T-Rex

ok so it would be a 4 headed creeper that only spawns in the stronghold dimension. and when it sees you it will send out creeper guards and you must kill the guards to damage the creeper and when its almost dead it gets bigger and grows 3 more heads and shoots out fire balls from its eyes and it shoots tnt from its stomach. and when it dies you have 10 seconds to run away before it explodes and when it explodes a item falls from the sky and it comes into your inventory and it creates a baby creeper.

After killing the creeper alpha male the creepers recognise Steve as the alpha male. Following him around and blowing up nearby enemies. And you can tell them to wait like wolves.

I think there should be a different realm for each creature (the end for endermen). One for the creepers with a Creeper boss. Sceleton spider zombie blaze magma cube slime One for each mob

each boss would have its own realm. another idea is you can only Find/use the portal to nether boss realms in the nether. finally a another use for nether castles.

it should be a giant creeper that is in a dimention and you get there with like the nether portal only the obsidian is creeper heads and the way u actavated the portal is with lava then u spawn in a world were it is an arena aand there is a giant creeper that shoots tnt and drops xp (like the ender dragon) and drops a ton of creepers u fight them and then u gain a creeper egg (like ender dragon egg notspawn egg) then theres aportal that gives a new MC ending :D i know this is long but i dnt wanna make this commemnt section too big needs other ideas too :P

Ok. Just be sure that you read the rules and try to explain the best way you can. Although besides that, you're idea is great. A boss like that and a new dimension would be pretty cool for the game.

OK lets go time to shine! it is a turtle, it has a dimension, it can spawn 4-7 deadly turtles to kill you and shoot water to push you back of drag you foreword, and you find the dimension in the sea and take 9 sea shells that you can find/craft. there you have it my boss!!

The Wither regens and shoots explosives so it would probably destroy the Ender Dragon.
