Look at the night sky or the early morning dawn. You see... a moon, stars, a giant square blazing sun. Yet, even with optifine's zoom, you still can't see into space deeper. Should something else be added to the sky? (P.S GalacticCraft is awesome.)
For me, I would say yes. On some biomes like the desert where its very clear and open, you can see other mysteriously looking planets. While in the forest, you might not see as many or a couple less. Light pollution could also be put into Minecraft. (Light pollution is when there is so much light, it blocks out other planets/stars light.) I would think that would be VERY cool. It adds mystery to Minecraft. Something to gaze at at night through your glass roof.
As for Planet Minecraft, the name has put some ideas into my head. If Minecraft is a planet, why aren't there others? (Check out my blog on why PMC is called PMC!) Secondly, was it meant to relate to the universe? ...And lastly, are there other Planets of Minecraft surrounding the same sun that we all look at every day...?
