I have a nice server, I made it no lag i also help the people that do come on what am i doing wrong my mission is to get lots of players. I think some thing to consider are is your server neat, is it functional, are you a good person. I consider myself to be a good admin to my members, but some are annoying when they ask for op. I never lose my temper. I want everybody to just stop asking for op, it's not happening people. You can get gm an everything just not op lol
