1.8 came out near the beginging of this month, so I just wanted to share why I am enjoying 1.8.

Banners
These wonderful things were added. I feel like I can express myself more with houses and decorate them. And if you play on servers with survival or factinons etc, you can mark off your base with them. 

Armor Stands 
I have always wanted to actually show my armor on something other then putting item frames. I can actually make a super cool armor if I actually knew how to build something super epic... which I don't.

Rabbits 
This one is self explanitory. Now only if there was a way to tame them. Well, I don't think you can tame them yet.... can you? o_o

Sea lanterns 
I seriously am obsessed with sea lanterns. I am really happy I don't need to go to the neather much for glowtone anymore. Well, I would have to find one of those under water dungoes and get the lanterns and not get killed by guarians,but to me it's worth the risk cx

Skin layers 
Even though I don't make skins, it gives people who can actually skin more... um... whatever you want to call it with their skins. 

And alot more... these  are just some I can think of right now.
