So everyone on this site loves minecraft right? As do I but we al have to admit after playing for years (if you started in alpha) you get kinda bored. There's so many times you feel motivated to start from scatch and survive your way to the top. Only so many times you log on to a server and server and come back a few days later to see thats its closed (that sucks).
The truth is minecraft is a game with infinite possibilites but the thing is that aspect it exauhsting. You build your house, gather diamonds, fight the ender dragon become invincible...then what? Do it all over again....yea
You can argue that you can build in creative and what not but thats not really the game. Its surving in a new world and doing what you can with what you earn while surving. The truth is though even creative minecraft gets boring. Flying around building random things until you run out of ideas.
Ontop of everything with new updates and new things it does give you a few things to achieve and does make the game a bit less boring. But after a few days you find everything and do everything all over again and your back at the starting point.
