The reason I feel like people do this, is because they haven't had much success with their own youtube channel, or they don't have as much friends that would like to do the videos with. As the "getting to know one another", I feel like the is a necessity if you ever really want to be a friend and not some kind of "Catch me if you have nothing else" kind of dealeo'. And also, when people give like, surveys and such to just get the most basic of info. on the person "applying", I feel like they should talk for at least an hour, make sure they are a person to get to know as a true friend, then have the time of your life making videos! Not just the average, "I host minepewp server, you join me pws? Reply: Only if you payz $14.41 to me!" And such. Well great point, and hope to see more!
