On that website it will give you a change log of the most recent additions, but I want to talk about the experiences I have had while playing this pre-release.

Have any of you just wanted more content? Not sure what but more to minecraft to make it more interesting? Well it looks like 1.4 is the answer. 12w34a adds a number of new small but amazing additions that most previous updates just didn't seem to touch up on. Things like flowerpots to hold saplings, cacti and mushrooms have been added. You like minecraft because of the food aspect and how you can cook? Well the latest version of the pre-release has added carrots and taters! They can be dropped by zombies very rarely and can be planted like wheat.

12w34a also adds 16 MILLION different shades that you can dye your leather armor! Oh? Did your armor get dirty? That's fine, clean off all dyes, dirt and grime in a cauldron by dropping "Q" your dyed armor into the water.
If you like adventure then 12w34a also adds a few things.


Like another boss! Yeah you heard me, a boss like the Ender Dragon. This boss is called the Wither. It has 3 different heads and floats above the ground. This guy also shoots projectiles like ghast fireballs which will explode upon you and give you the "Wither" effect. This effect will slowly drain all your health away like poison but this time, it doesn't stop at 1/2 a heart...
