So this is a datapack that makes 1.18 and the 1.19 snapshots able to have 4064 block world height limits like was done back in 1.17, and it's a patch of the WorldPainter 1.18 beta to support the 4064 limit rather than 2032, but it does in fact work on the 1.19 snapshots too. When generating a world, import it in, and it can work as usual, since it basically just increases the height limit and nothing else. I used it for the 1.18 and 1.19 snapshot version of my Eiffel Tower Big Ben London Great Fire Monument Mashup to make it work correctly on those versions.
