Lanubis - Minecraft, but you are a cloud!
So, I am a cloud now?

What does that mean?
It means that you're now a cloud-like entity which
is quite lightweight and weird.
That's... not the most informative description...
There is a lot to figure out, so I'll keep it short for now.
Lightweight means that you'll be able to run
much faster and jump higher while sprinting.
It also means that you'll keep falling slowly as long as you don't crouch.
That sounds useful...
Well, there is a catch.
Faster running means that you'll get fatigued much quicker.
And there aren't many things to pick from if you need to:
Only very small and lightweight stuff, soup or snow.
Wait, I can eat snow? Or is this just a joke?
No joke, you can eat snow balls.
You can also try to stay in powdered snow for a while and see what happens.
Furthermore, your new body structure allows you to dodge
specific types of projectiles effortless and almost completely effective.
Yay, that's great! I don't have to care about that anymore.
With a few exceptions however.
You'll still get hit by small fireballs and dragonbreath for example.
And you surely don't want to see the channeling enchantment
(except if it's your own trident of course.)
Hm, quite a lot to remember...
Then I'll keep the other stuff for now,
might be worth it to find out on your own.

What does 'Lanubis' mean?
It is supposed to be a latin word combination of Lana and Nubes,
meaning Wool and Cloud.
PS:
Do "/tag @s add Info" and you'll get an info book which lets you choose if you want to begin
as a cloud or if you want to use some kind of crafting recipe.
You can also type "/tag @s add Hardcore" if you want to lose
these abilities after death.
For now, I want you to figure out most of the new things
on your own. Let's see what you'll find out...
Furthermore, this datapack wants the gamerule
sendCommandFeedback to be set to false.
It does this automatically already,
but it might be a thing to keep in mind.
It also resets the game difficulty
to normal as soon as it is loaded.

Being a cloud also means being sort of in a state of flux, doesn't it?
- changed the info book mechanism; Now you need to give yourself the Info-tag instead of getting one immediately.
(Might be more appropriate/useful in a manhunt scenario.)
advanced state:
- improved the flight mechanism, it should be more safe and less buggy to use now
- decreased flight speed by 11%
- it is now possible to phase through certain blocks with gaps in them; i.e. leaves, ladders, fences and iron bars
(Including sponge, which however makes you blind briefly.)
