Their is a new structure that spawns in the nether at 100 100. It is made of deepslate and has a 3 by 3 bedrock platform in the center. Place a piece of gilded blackstone to reset the stucture. Their is 4 chiseled parts of the structure, and if you place a redstone torch on top of each piece of chiseled blackstone, a rift will open on the bedrock platform. Stepping on the redstone torch will sacrifice on of your hearts, and spawn the starved. The starved is a giant magma cube with 50 health (25 hearts). Whenever it hits you, it heals 1 heart if you are not poisoned, and loses 2 hearts if you are poisoned. It also has a enlarged jump. Its max health is 80, so if you are not prepared, it will heal up to 80 health (40 hearts). When it dies it drops an ember heart(used for summoning other boses), and a fire ring. A Fire ring gives you temporary fire resistance while in your ring slot.

In the Soul Sand Valley Biome, you can find a new mob called the Soul Jellyfish. Killing it has a chane to drop Reflective Glue. Place the Reflective Glue down and throw 1 Ember Heart, 1 Wither Bone, and 1 Lightning rod in the glue to summon the Scorched Sentry. Wither Bone is a drop from Wither Skeletons.
The Scorched Sentry has 240 health, flies, breaks blocks, and deals 5 damage when it hits you. During the fight, the Scorched Sentry will summon invincible Jellyfish with shields. They disappear after the Sentry dies. The Scorched Sentry will fire a laser at the jellyfish, and it will ping pong around until it hits all the jellyfish, then it will be shot at you. Each time it bounces it gets faster and deals more damage. It cannot travel through blocks, and moves slow at first, so use these to your advantage.
The Scorched Sentry drops 1 Scorched Jellyfish ring and 1 Infernal Enchiridion. The Infernal Enchiridion currently does nothing.

The Spider Queen

There is a new structure in the nether called a Nether Mineshaft. The boss room in this Mineshaft has a respawn anchor with an item frame on top of it. Place an Ember Heart in it to summon the Spider boss. The spider boss has 160 health, deals 12 damage, and has 2 special abilities. The first is whenever you hit the boss, it will summon a fiery spider that is hostile. The other ability is that every 15 seconds, it will shoot a cobweb at you. If you get hit by it you are stuck in the cobweb, but also poisoned and weakened. Defeating the boss drops 1 poison ring, and 1 spider back. I would suggest you bring diamond armor, a bane of arthropods 4-5 sword, a shield, some food, some blocks, and an ember heart to summon the boss.

Ring and Back Slots
There are 3 new slots, a back slot, and 2 ring slots. If you have 2 of the same ring in both ring slots, the ring's effect becomes stronger.
RINGS:
Fire Protection Ring: While in the ring slot, you can fire resistance for 10 seconds per ring while not on fire. Kill the Starved boss to receive this ring.
Poison Ring: While in the ring slot, your attacks have a 10% chance per ring to apply the poison effect. Against bosses you deal a chunk of max hp damage instead. Kill the Spider Queen boss to receive this ring.
Scorched Jellyfish Ring: While in your ring slot, it gives you absorption whenever you kill a mob
BACK ITEMS:
Spider Back: While in the back slot, you gain two little spider arms and while sneaking can climb up walls. Kill the Spider Queen boss to receive this item.
RINGS:
